Abandoned dogs: Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Labradors, Border Collies & Terriers
The ASPCA rescues every type of dog and they find five breeds are most likely to be abandoned:
· Rottweilers
· Pit Bulls
· Labradors
· Border Collies, and
· Terriers.
Over the next few days, let’s examine why these dogs are welcomed into the home then abandoned. In addition to training them properly, we’ll discuss feeding tips that help with behavior. What nourishes the body strongly influences behavior, and while natural foods help, many “Cool” products are predominately sugar and sugars increase the likelihood dogs will bark, and act without control. We all know cookies and biscuits contain sugars, but so do many other dog treats and dog hydration products. For example, a “cool” new dog water contains dangerous dyes and sugar in the form of dextrose, fructose, and sucralose (Splenda). This is NOT what your dog needs.
