Utah Wants People to Shoot Feral Cats, Others (News)

A Utah state representative is trying to legalize the shooting and outright slaughter of cats and dogs. They don't even have to be feral, really, the killer only need "believe" that the animal was feral. Pretty scary. There is a petition to sign, too, to stop this.
