- Hiding under a car’s hood and being torn by the fan belt when the car is turned on

- Lights & extension cords
- Lillies
- Macadamia nuts
- Onions
- Poinsettias
- Raisins
- Road salt and ice-melt products
- String that secured the turkey’s legs
- Sugar-free candy & gum that contains xylitol
- Sugar-free drinks with xylitol (Propel water)
- Tinsel
- Turkey carcass in the garbage can
- Windshield de-icer with isopropanol
- Windshield wiper fluid with methanol
