The weather has been wet and cold. In fact, there has been a lot of flooding; not just in the area in general but right here on the farm. So with the seemingly endless storms, you have to take every opportunity - however small - to lounge in the sun. I use the word "sun" loosely; basically it stopped raining for about an hour. Sometimes, that's all you can get.
I think it helps to be able to live in the moment, to take that rare opportunity to enjoy the fresh air and not be weighed down by thoughts of how miserable it's been up until that point. Embracing the moment... like the tabby cat.
